COVID-19 Safety Protocols

We are happy to re-open on Monday, May 25!
In order to keep our staff and clients safe, we’ve developed enhanced protocols that will be in place until we are instructed to do business as usual.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Appointment scheduling

We are open by appointment only. Appointments are scheduled with extra time in between clients to avoid overlaps and to make sure that the room is fully disinfected in preparation for the next patient. For retail-product sales, please arrange in advance and schedule a pick-up time.

 

Pre-screening

When you contact us to book your appointment you will be asked the following questions:

Do you currently have any of the following symptoms?

  • Severe Cough
  • Significant Nasal congestion or Runny nose
  • Fever > 38 Degrees C
  • Headache
  • Muscle pains
  • Shortness of breath
  • Reduced or lost sense of smell
  • Have you failed to use social distancing in the last two weeks?
  • Have you come into contact with anyone that has any of the above symptoms in the last two weeks?
  • Have you come into contact with anyone suspected of having Covid-19 in the last 2 weeks?
  • Have you come into contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks?

If you answer yes to any of those questions, we will ask you to speak to health officials and schedule a new appointment once you are fully recovered.

 

Waiting area

We have eliminated waiting area. We ask you to not be accompanied by children, friends or relatives. If you require assistance for medical reasons or due to language difficulties, we ask that you let us know ahead of time. We also ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive early, give us a call to let us know that you have arrived and if the room is ready for you. Otherwise you will have to wait outside.

 

Late arrivals

If you are late, please contact us from your vehicle and we will assign you a new arrival time. If your late arrival compromises the next appointment, we will reschedule you for another day.

 

Product testers

Skincare product testers will not be available at this time. If you wish to purchase any products please, discuss during your treatment, so that we can prepare them before you leave.

Masks and hand sanitizers

We encourage you to bring your own non-medical face mask or face cloth. Should you forget your face mask we will provide you with one prior to entering the clinic. Upon your arrival we will also check your temperature. If it exceeds 38 degrees C, your appointment will have to be postponed. We will also have hand sanitizers set up throughout the clinic in the most used areas for your use.

 

Room disinfection

We are allowing us enough time before and after each client to disinfect and sanitize rooms and common areas with hospital grade disinfectant solution. Our doctors and technicians will wear masks, face shields, and clean uniforms at all times.
